Processing – Sending an order

The processing and dispatch of your order takes place from the next working day of its submission, within 1-3 days, Monday to Friday. As soon as the shipment has been made, you receive an informative e-mail with the courier’s shipment number, so you can track the exact location of your parcel, as well as delivery times. In case of unavailability and/or for further clarifications, we call you on the phone number you have assigned to us and inform you of all the details. If it is not possible to contact you, we send you an informative email.

-Shipping within Greek territory:

The products are shipped with ACS Courier. With purchases over €50 shipping costs are free. With purchases under €50 the minimum cost is 3,50 €. When adding products to the shopping cart, you will be automatically informed of the total shipping cost. If you have a different preference for the shipping company, you can let us know in the order comment, but the shipping cost will not be the same as the one specified by us.

If you pay by cash on delivery, there is an additional fee of €2.00, for the whole of Greece, which will be included in the final payment amount when completing the order.

The required time for the delivery of the products is 1-3 working days, depending on the area you are in. The delivery is made to the shipping address you have declared or to the courier store in your area, only in this case, you will tell us the store that serves you.

Average Delivery Times by Region:

-1 working day: Throughout Central Greece (except S. Etoloakarnania), throughout Macedonia, Thrace, Thessaly, Sporades

-2 working days: All over Epirus, Peloponnese, Crete, Iptanes, Cyclades, Dodecanese, NE and N Aegean islands. Etoloakarnanias

Hard-to-reach areas: 3-5 working days
