Product Refund Policy
–Changes
Brimstrims.gr provides you with a detailed size chart so that you can make a correct size calculation. For this reason as well as for reasons of hygiene, changes are NOT accepted in the event of a wrong product and/or size selection by the customer.
Products Return
-Withdrawal
You can return the products you purchased, without notifying us of the reason for the return, within 14 days from the date of purchase (Not valid for shipments to Cyprus). The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day of physical receipt of the goods. If you want to return the product you should inform us either by phone on 2310688620, from Monday to Friday (10:00-14:00) or electronically (sending an email to brimstrims@gmail.gr with the indication ”Withdrawal” and the order number).The products purchased must be returned in their original condition (not used/damaged), accompanied by the relevant document (receipt – invoice) of sale. Please pack the product(s) well so that they are not damaged in transit. NOTE: In the event that the product is found to have been used and/or damaged, the Company will not issue a refund.
– Defective Product
Brimstrims.gr strives to provide the best possible services to its customers by conducting quality control of the products during packaging and ensures their excellent condition before shipping. Hsowever, if upon receipt of the product you find that there is a defect, you must inform us within one working day from the date of receipt either by phone at 2310-688620, from Monday to Friday (10:00-14:00) or electronically (sending an email to brimstrims@gmail.gr with the indication “Defective” and the order number). As soon as we are aware of your request, it will be immediately forwarded to the relevant department who will inform you about the steps to follow.
NOTE: Please take a photo of the product and its defect so that we can process your request more immediately. In all cases we will inform you in detail about the procedure to be followed.
As long as the conditions of the law are met and the terms of the Company’s return policy are respected, there are three options:
1.Replacement of the product with an identical one(if available), sending it to the same delivery address that you stated in the original order with all costs borne exclusively by the Company.
2. Replacement of the product with another of your choice. If the value of the new product exceeds the value of the original one, the difference must be paid using one of the payment methods provided. If its value is less, we will refund you the difference. All transport costs are borne exclusively by the Company.
3.Refund of the product value in its entirety, minus the initial costs of transport and/or cash on delivery.
–Wrong Shipment
In the case of sending the wrong product, (i.e. receiving a different one from the one originally listed in the customer’s order), contact our Company by phone at 2310-688620, from Monday to Friday (10:00-14:00) or electronically (sending an email to brimstrims@gmail.gr with the indication “Incorrect shipment” and the order number). As soon as we become aware of the request, we will take all the necessary actions on our part to serve you immediately. The product must be returned by Acs Courier, in its original condition (unused/undamaged packaging). Please pack the product well, if in its original packaging, so that it is not damaged in transit.
NOTE: Resending the correct product will be done ONCE we receive the product provided it is in its original condition.
Refund
-Withdrawal
Once we receive the product at your own expense, you will be refunded the purchase amount, less the original shipping/COD shipping costs, using the same payment method you used for the transaction. Especially for cases of payment by cash on delivery, or in any case where it is not possible to refund the money with the means you used, the refund will be made after consultation, by depositing into a bank account that you indicate to us.
–Defective Product
In the event that you received a defective product, all the conditions of the terms of the Company’s return policy are met and you request a refund, the process will be completed within 10 working days. The amount will be refunded in full, minus the initial costs of transfer and/or cash on delivery to the payment method you selected in your original transaction. Especially for cases of payment by cash on delivery, or in any case where it is not possible to refund the money with the means you used, the refund will be made after consultation, by depositing into a bank account that you indicate to us.
-Wrong Shipment
In case you received the wrong product due to our fault and you do not wish to resend the correct code, the refund will be made within 10 working days. The amount will be refunded in full to the payment method you selected in your original transaction. Especially for cases of payment by cash on delivery, or in any case where it is not possible to refund the money with the means you used, the refund will be made after consultation, by depositing into a bank account that you indicate to us.
Clarifications
The Company reserves the right to repeal or legally modify its returns policy by publishing the relevant new terms and conditions on its website.
In case of repeated returns by the consumer, the company reserves the right to refuse to accept a product return, due to abuse of the right of withdrawal or replacement of our products, even if the above terms and conditions are met (article 281 of the Civil Code).
If the above legal procedure is not followed or if the legal conditions are not met to accept the product return, then it will be returned to the consumer, who will bear the costs of packaging and shipping.
The photos of the products may differ slightly in color from the product and cannot in any case be binding for Brimstrims.gr.
Brimstrims.gr bears no responsibility for anything that happens beyond its control, i.e. it is not responsible for loss, late orders or interruption of telephone, electrical network, program software or other systems.
